"For one there was a bed bug in our room that I had to put in a container I got to show the front desk first secondly when I first get there no air conditioning in my room so 3:00 a.m. they finally decide to move me to a room up the hall when I get into that room I found a bed bug and then I go down to the pool to start swimming and it starts flooding because of the rain and they had to shut off all the breakers and everything else like that cuz the hotel was flooding I was wondering if I can get a refund on my stay for the last 3 days there cuz it's been nothing but horrible from the 5th to the 7th"

"I used to stay at the Hampton, but I have found the country Inn and suites in Marion to be above Hampton in just about every aspect."

"Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast less than desirable (don't like fixing my own breakfast when on vacation). No drinks available for breakfast. Bed mattress was very broke down on one side."

"The amenities were commensurate with expectations. But this was probably the most comfortable hotel room I've ever had at any price. Nice layout, adequate lighting, comfortable furniture and a recently renovated (no-tub) shower. And plenty of charging ports, too. 1 very minor gripe, the water pressure was a little low in the shower. Adequate, but could have been better. Very happy with our stay."
