"My friends and I get together every winter for a few days at a cabin or lodge somewhere in the Midwest. This lodge was, by far, the best place we have ever stayed. Also, it is close to some of the interesting historic parks within the Shawnee National Forest. In addition, Jessica immediately responded to any questions we had while staying there. I highly recommend this lodge to anyone seeking peace and quiet for a gathering of friends or family."

"The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. It was quiet and felt safe. They only provide coffee makers and ironing boards by request, but that’s not a big deal. Just ask. Theres a tiny town up the road with local shops and restaurants. There are trails right off the hotel that were great for short hikes. I would stay here again."
