"Bed and room comfortable. Bar and eating area were third rate. Understaffed, out of stock of a lot of wine and meals. Put a bar in there and up staffing numbers and better the wine and food selection. This is entry way to Tassie. One of Australia’s food and beverage heavens. This F and B offering was like a country town RSL at it worst."

"Lufra is an older hotel that has had many lives and has recently been refreshed - we loved our stay. Comfy beds, super clean, gorgeous ocean views from the bed! Nature on your doorstep and a restaurant downstairs! Lufra has an old fashioned welcoming feel - it’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s got wonderful character and feel. "
