"I can’t fault this hotel or its staff. Having read previous reviews that stated about issues with the lighting systems in rooms I was slightly worried. However, we had no such issues and found our room to be extremely comfortable and the lighting easy to navigate. I would like to thank the staff for their attentiveness after my daughter injured her knee in the hotel lobby. They showed concern and gave her ice to help with the swelling. In the following days they checked on her well being. This was very much appreciated."

Nearly to city centre that you can go by walk..the man of reception is very friendly and help us a lot with some indication principal about to rent a scooter like make our stayed so easy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff lady so polite and kind. The housekeeping was polite,gentleman ,kind and left our room so clean and organised. I really indication this hotel because everything was amazing, good price and definitely we will be back one day."

"Everything was excellent, the only small constructive criticism was the standard of breakfast eg just ordering a simple omelette or pancakes was an additional cost. For a five star hotel would have expected this as a standard option. "

"We loved this hotel. The views were incredible and the service was excellent. They had a lovely pool and private beach. Everyone was very accommodating of my gluten and dairy allergies and we ate at the hotel restaurant for many of our meals. The shuttle service takes you to the private beach and downtown Amalfi, right near the ferry dock. "

"We had a great 8 night stay. Free breakfast was excellent, & so were Marco (he makes an excellent cappuccino) and his staff. Hotel was in a great location, near plenty of public transport options as well as within walking distance to downtown Sorrento. Would stay there again. "

"Beautiful hotel set on the water. Superb service by the beach (we were provided with towels, ice water, and complimentary snacks). We also loved the free transportation via shuttle into the town. Very cordial and friendly staff. Can’t wait to stay here again! "

"The staff were so friendly and helpful, including holding our bags and supporting our desire to lounge by the pool after check-out before our afternoon train. We felt so welcomed, and the value for the cost of the room was outstanding! The room was large, luxurious, and very comfortable. The full breakfast was sumptuous, and the pool and foodservice by the pool were fantastic. We enjoyed a sunset at the cocktail bar on the rooftop. And we loved the area - a quiet and very pleasant escape from the chaos of crowded Sorrento. The beach at the end of the street and the local restaurants completed our wonderful weekend experience.
