"We booked a family room which had double bed and 3 beds in adjoining room. Friendly, helpful staff. It was very quiet and bed was comfortable. Spacious bathroom with lovely hot shower. Breakfast was buffet help yourself and had a good selection. Would definitely use again."

"The location was ideal for getting around Vichy. The immediate area (and the hotel itself) seemed in need of some polishing and updating. My broken French and their English made things easy. We did not try the breakfast. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. We were there in May and the weather was unseasonably warm. They advertised air conditioning (climatisation) but it was not yet « turned on » for the season so we made do with fans. Opening the window helped but there were mosquitoes! This we found out was standard fare in the other French cities we visited however the hotel in Paris agreed to turn it on centrally, when we asked for it."

"Nuitée très bien dans l'ensemble. Chambre propre, bien décorée et soignée. En terme d'équipement, je dirai qu'il manque juste un porte serviette près du lavabo pour la serviette des mains, malgré celui au dessus de la baignoire (question partico pratique). Un petit bémol sur la chasse (problème de réglage ou de fuite) signalée le lendemain matin. "

"Liked the onsite parking (8€) but the room was a bit noisy with nearby road. Good location although you still need to take the car to go downtown. Not many restaurants around too."
