"Absolutely love the pool area. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a couple accommodations due to traveling with an infant and they helped tremendously. The only thing I would ask is they update their cribs. The metal crib was very rickety and kind of nerve racking at times. I would not recommend them for a baby that tosses and turns like ours. He had several bumps and small bruises from hitting the bars. Highly recommend switching to pack and plays. "
