"Very clean room, nice hotel"

"In all honesty I believe that it is over priced. I was there for a very long layover and wanted to spend the extra money as a celebration for myself. The rooms are very small. They barely fit the king sized bed and not much room at all to walk or store luggage. The balcony furniture isn’t clean If you want an ocean view room ask for anything above floor 3. I was on floor 3 and had to stand to really see the ocean. The TVs didn’t work and when they switched my room the TV only had a couple...

"It was a short stay but good. The airport shuttle was right on time and all went well."

"I enjoy staying here and I’ve done so in the past, but I’m not happy with the fact that an iron and ironing board are no longer provided in the rooms. I was surprised to see that they only give you a steamer, and I was appalled by the explanation that using a steamer is supposed to be healthier for you. What sense does that make?!"

"Comfortable. Very helpful staff"

"Convenient"

"Property was good"

"Clean room & beautiful bathroom. Dinner menu was very limited& expensive! Convenient shuttle to JFK Airport."

"Staffs are nice and very helpful, they let us check in before 3 pm and let us stayed after 11am.We arrived at the hotel around 10:30am on a red eye flight and we needed to rest and sleep and they were very accommodating, and didn’t hesitate to offer our room earlier without having to pay extra!!!A free shuttle saved us a lot and a free warm breakfast made our stay at this hotel comfortably. We won’t hesitate to stay here again when we come back to NY!!"

"It is very inconvenient that the only way to contact the hotel is by phone. Given the hotel's proximity to an international airport, I hope you will consider that many international travelers may not have access to phone services in the United States. I strongly encourage the hotel to provide alternative communication options, such as email or online messaging, to better accommodate international guests."

"Good clean room. Easy checkin"
