"This unit is indeed large but it is quite dated which created many inconveniences. The doors and windows don't do a good job of keeping the outside noise down (very noisy). The 3rd bed was in the common area and a blind was missing from the patio glass door so one of our party slept with a lot of early light (we used a spare mattress to block as much as we could). 10/10 Excellent

"Excellent location, near lots of restaurants and food options, conveniently located downtown between Gastown and Yaletown. Our corner room on the 10th floor had a great view, was comfortable and quiet, with blackout curtains and temp controlled AC. Only 2 down sides, though not enough to drop stars: -Check-in was prompt at 4pm, although the gentleman at the reception had previously told us to return around 1 or 2pm as our room was already ready but we would have to pay a fee to check in earlier, then when we returned at 3:20pm he said there were no rooms available. -The two free water bottles were only provided the first night. Given the cheap cost of water bottles, it'd be nice if they were provided each night, at least if specifically requested (we asked the reception and they said they only supply for the first night)."

"We stayed one night at this property after our cruise, and it was a welcome change from the much smaller accommodations on the ship. The room was spacious, and the staff were very helpful. Since we couldn’t use the free airport shuttle due to our early flight, the hotel arranged a taxi for us at no charge. Our cab driver was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the driver assigned to my sister and sister-in-law was the opposite—rude and unwilling to assist with their luggage."
