"Bartender at pool was helpful and skilled. Room layout was very nice and the staff was most helpful. Nice 4 star hotel convenient walk to capri town."

"If you're looking for one of the best views in Capri, this hotel is an excellent choice. Unfortunately, the service did not match the beautiful location. The cups in the minibar were not clean and the toilet paper wasn't replaced until we specifically asked for it, which is a basic standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. The biggest disappointment was the welcome I received. While chatting with the receptionist, I casually mentioned that I hadn't been able to find an available room...

"Augusto and his mom were absolutely lovely. We loved our morning breakfast & cappuccino in the garden every morning! Location was great! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Love it! "

"Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara! As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa. We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa. When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels. They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water. When we tried to use the gym, none of the equipment’s were working and...

"Very good central location in capri."

"Very nice hotel in a beautiful location! Very close to restaurants shopping and just great areas to walk. The views were amazing from the rooms as well as the sun deck. The staff were very nice and welcoming."

"The staff was super helpful. Hotel was very close to the ferries."

"جميله جداً والمناظر خلابة والرحلات جميله جداً"

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was an easy walk to shopping, eating, and excursions. I felt safe walking the streets."

"Nice roof top but not quite as nice as pictured on website. 20 - 25 minute walk to port, about 18 minutes to outskirts of historic centre. Staff were not as friendly as all the other hotels on our various stays in Italy and Sorrento area. Overall, not the worst but definitely not great value."

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel Antiche Mura! The location is great—very walkable and close to the town center, shopping, restaurants, and everything you need. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We did have an issue with the room we had originally reserved through Expedia, but the staff worked with us to find a solution that worked out well for our stay, which we really appreciated. The continental breakfast was great with a nice selection each...
