"So our family started a little road trip down Half Moon Bay and along the CA coast We stopped to stay at the Pacific Hotel in Monterey in a Jr suite. Let me tell you, we were amazed how clean, comfortable, and amazing it was. After a long day around town at Fishermans Warf with 3 kids we were exhausted, we hurried back to the room and relaxed while we turned on the fireplace and watched a movie. A lot of space for family of five, loved the two queen beds and two separate showers . I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends"

"It’s hard to know what to expect when you’ve never been to the town before. This is a great place for location. I wanted to check in quick and stretch my legs walking along the ocean. That happened. A few unhomed folks along the way. If you want valet, help with your bags, friendly but not BFF staff. Reliable everything this is your spot. There was a big conference happening while I was there and I didn’t feel any impact. All conference goers seemed happy and healthy. If you want unique, cozy, work a little harder to prove your travel chops, look at other options."

"We had a great stay! The hotel is close to Monterey; only a 12-15 minute drive. I was surprised to find a room with three king beds. That is so rare, but it fit our needs perfectly. The room was large and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only negative was the noise. Someone must have had a party, because there were a lot of loud voices and slamming doors, which woke me up in the middle of the night."
