"Charmerende slots-hotel. Kæmpe store værelser, med god komfort - enkle, måske tenderende lidt kedelige, men meget renlige. Det er en gammel bygning, og det giver både masser af charme og lidt udfordringer. Parkering lidt væk, men ikke et stort problem, dog bør vejen dertil repareres ASAP! Restauranten ligger med en fantastisk udsigt over dalen, og meget hyggeligt. Super god service og mad."

"We stayed here in Monteverdi for a month with our two older kids (and our dog) and had an amazing stay - we didn't want to leave! The whole family is so warm and welcoming. They made us feel like family and helped us with anything needed. The town is in the hills about 30 min from the sea and it was so easy to drive to various towns, cities, and natural sights like the geothermal museum. We could easily walk to the grocery and restaurants within 5 minutes and enjoyed the local thermal baths...

The location allowed us to walk to local restaurants as well as longer 2-3 hours hikes in the hills and forests which we loved. The highlight was going to see Andrea Bocelli sing in his home village Lajatico (25 mins away). L'appartamento è ampio, funzionale ed in linea con le indicazioni presenti sul sito. Molto molto caldo durante il giorno, pur attivando i ventilatori. Giardino molto bello e comodo, da sfruttare per qualche serata all'aperto."
