"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"This property is located in the National Park of Cinque Terre. Antonella was amazing taking care of every detail since our arrival. Breakfast is fresh and delicious every morning. You can buy the tickets to ride the train in Cinque Terre at the hotel and it’s cheaper than buying them at the train station."
