Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"This is a great family resort. It was busy but not over crowded. The food was EXCELLENT! We went deep sea fishing and brought back our catch to the resort. The chef cooked it for us and it was absolutely AMAZING (photos attached)!! The bartenders treat you very well. We had great waitresses at all of the restaurants. The only reason we gave 4 🌟 was the beach. The week we were there the sargassum was horrible! This was out of their control and they worked tirelessly to get it cleaned up but we couldn't use the beach at the resort at all. The staff said the beach should be cleaned up the week after we leave. I added a photo of when we first arrived another the day before we left. We did walk to Paradise Beach and would have been nice to be able to use. The resort does have shuttles daily to another nice beach at no charge. Would recommend this resort!"

"Our stay was excellent, they cleaned the room every day and made sure we were well stocked with everything. Staff was amazing and very helpful, especially Elpherge, our lovely waitress, Jamal, Jernais, who we booked all our excursions with, and made it very easy to feel at ease knowing our entire stay was planned. We were given our very own personal concierge, thank you to Tashael for always being available, and answering all our endless questions. Food was good and they have different other restaurants. I will definitely recommend this Island and we will go back again."

The location is super ideal & in the heart of everything you will need offsite.💚 From Ms. Gustave the General Manager and Ms. Helena at the resturtant to the wonderful housekeeping team, the hardworking groundskeepers who keep the property beautiful, and every single staff member, I am so grateful for your kindness, warmth, and hospitality. You always go above and beyond to make every stay feel comfortable, safe, and welcoming. It may be a small and intimate hotel, but that’s exactly what makes it so special.
