"A very private place just a little bit out in the country. So many birds singing and the view was lovely. The suite is much bigger than it appears in the photos, and the bed was very comfortable. It was too cold to swim when we were there, but there's so much to do in the region that was no problem. Our host, Catherine, was very nice and is a fantastic baker. The breakfasts are unbelievable! "We stayed at Lucia’s delightful Bastide for a couple of nights at the start of October. It was a peaceful setting with a great view of the surrounding area. The property is a beautiful old Bastide well kept, decorated and maintained - it was a pleasure to stay here. The breakfast was lovely and Lucia was very accommodating. Roquevaire is a short 5-10 mins drive from the property with a few restaurants. Easy to access to Cassis makes it a great base for discovering the coast and Calanques."

We entirely enjoy meeting locals as we travel and this stay truly met that expectation. Plus, our apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. "We had one night before our flight back home and we are so happy we stayed here! Driving up the drive way we were in shock of how beautiful it was. The host was so kind and answered all our questions about the 300 year old property, all the bathrooms have been fully renovated and all bedrooms have ac. The family dog will greet you looking for scratches who is just the sweetest. I would go back to France just to stay longer at this Chateau, amazing property, kind host and fantastic breakfast in...
