She immediately gave us a different room no questions asked. She also recommended a great place to eat. Also some people had their pets in the dining area. The pet was not by the food BUT was in the seating area. Is there a way to separate pets families from the other guest? Pets create a problem for people with allergies and having a pet on the same floor or in a room previously used by a pet family could create allergen problems. "
