"We were in town for a Braves game and this apartment was perfect for us. Truist Park is just a short drive away. The listing descriptions are accurate, and it is a lovely space. The neighborhood is quiet and the on-site parking is a plus. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom has everything you need. The hosts have thought of everything! We were only in town for one night and would absolutely stay here again. Daniel gave us a great recommendation for Fox Brothers BBQ at the stadium. We also enjoyed a fantastic brunch at the Red-Eyed Mule, which is just around the corner. Highly recommend the apartment and both restaurants. Thanks for everything, Daniel!"

"The house worked perfectly for our group. The location was excellent as it was close to Marietta Square and the other venues we were using for the weekend. The driveway provided plenty of easy parking. We appreciated being able to have our two small pups with us. We did not use the stock pool so I have no comment regarding that amenity.The house is decorated nicely and the suites are conveniently set up. For the most part it seemed clean, but suite 1 obviously did not get swept or vacuumed prior to our arrival. My daughter swept up a dustpan full of dirt, hair and small pieces of trash. A cleaning service was there when we arrived, so I’m not sure if she ran out of time or simply forgot to clean the floors in suite 1. The rug just inside of the door from the front porch was a trip hazard. It appeared to have been stuck to the floor at some point but was coming up. The rug was also filthy. Some of the rugs were quite stained and curling on the edges, although they did appear to be vacuumed. Honestly, the rug under the sofa in suite 2 needs to be replaced. The was a garden hose scattered in front of the entrance to suite 3 which should be rolled neatly and put out of the walkway.We were caught off guard by the rough hewn staircase and creepy passageway between suite 1 and suite 2, but it was clean and served us well. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the house, but would strongly suggest the indoor entrance rugs be replaced as well as others that were very stained."

"Almost perfect, but some things to be aware of:Lovely little duplex style property, upper unit is occupied. Nice area of town and easy to find/access. No real complaints on our end, but there are some things that future customers might want to know:There are kids that live above, and they STOMP! Fortunately the stampeding throughout the house stopped after about 10pm both nights we stayed.The convertible couch is awfully uncomfortable, for sitting and for sleeping. There is a thick foam pad and a nice soft blanket provided, but it didn't help much. We didn't spend a ton of time lounging anyway, but our third guest had a bad night's sleep because of it.Overall very clean, roomy, and comfy space. Towels and linens kind of smell like they need some better detergent or maybe a vinegar wash. No access to a thermostat that I could find, but the temperature was comfortable for a hot June weekend. We just closed a vent when we got too chilly.All in all, still a great experience for us! Just minor inconveniences."
