"Overall, it's a very good hotel; we were very pleased. The only slight drawback was that the food quality in some of the restaurants was disappointing. Specifically, it was the Asian restaurant and Kristal. But we will definitely return."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. Their warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome from check-in to check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay, and I look forward to returning in the future."

"Nice place, but I would not go back. The food was not very good and not worth going all inclusive. There are no other food options within walking distance so if you want to go a restaurant just know you’ll need to uber or taxi to and from.. Also, there were a few things wrong with our room. The phone didn’t work which was a bit inconvenient. The TV didn’t work, the shower had issues, and on the last day there was no water coming out of the sink, though that was brief, it was still a bit inconvenient. Also, our room key had technical issues twice and having to go down from the ninth floor each time something happened made are our stay unpleasant."
