Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features an open floor plan, modern kitchen with an island, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated work spaces, and living room with 75” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with all black appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with all new beds, beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a 65" Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy pit style sofa, 75” Smart TV, a second living/den area with a small pullout sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, laundry area, private pool and patio with dining furniture, courtyard entryway with seating, high-speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual and on VRBO. We traveled there for our grandson’s wedding. Right before our travel date we had some family issues come up and thought we were going to have to cancel our trip… we contacted the host way after the cancellation period and they were trying to do everything the could to help us!! In the end we were able to attend the wedding and enjoy the VRBO. Will stay again!

Everything was perfect with this property - one of the best VRBO properties I’ve rented. Very clean, great furniture and space, well stocked kitchen. We cooked several meals. Excellent communication with owner/manager. I would stay here again and highly recommend it! 5 stars for sure.

We found it a wonderful base for our annual father daughter trip. On a side note: Did not realize the trash had to be taken out right when we got there, on a Sunday. With our garbage, after a week, the cans were overflowing. Better planning on the garbage should be made. Minus that....A+
