"For the price it was a nice stay. i didn't find it clean enough. i don't really know what to expect for so little money, I think the price/quality was just ok. rooms are noisy, luckily the neighbors went to sleep quickly. all in all fine, but a little more cleaning would be nice. "

"i failed to notice the property did not have air conditioning. The property vented well but many if not most windows lacked screens. The bathroom sinks leaked and were not usable. The property had fans to cool it down but none of the 4 fans were operational. The washer / dryer were the biggest reason we rented the property. But the washer and dryer were located in a common area outside of another apartment. This should be disclosed as it impacts the usability of the space. "

We would have appreciated some hangers and space to hang clothing items in the bedrooms, and body wash/soap in the shower. The listing notes that there is air conditioning. Unfortunately we misunderstood this to mean central air. There is one window air conditioner available which given the large space would not be sufficient to cool it entirely.
