"My mom stayed here and had a very great experience. The owners are extremely friendly, nice, attentive, and caring. Contacting the owners was very easy and they responded extremely fast which was helpful. The home was very cozy, clean, had a nice full kitchen, and very nice bathroom and shower. "Für eine Städtereise gut geeignet. Allerdings sind viele Kleinigkeiten erneuerungsbedürftig. Betten und Zimmeraufteilung mit technischer Ausstattung waren gut. Hacken im Zweibettzimmer und Bad fehlten, Tischlampe konnte nicht mittig anschlossen werden und Ablagemöglichkeit fehlte. Gäste-WC Möbel und Wasserhahn müsste ausgetauscht werden. Einige Küchenschranktüren könnten ausgetauscht werden. Terrasse sehr gut / Sitzmöbel gehen so. Trotz aller dieser Kleinigkeiten, die leicht geändert werden...

"The house is perfect for a couple to get away in Vienna. A quick drive to the U6 (with park-n-ride), making it an easy trip into the city. The house had everything we could need and the details to help make our stay very nice. The property matches the listing. We enjoyed the large back yard and had a great stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very pleasant even when weather and traffic made us late in arriving."

"Die Dame die mir den Schlüssel nach 30 min. Klingeln und 5x Anrufen überreicht hat war sehr nett. Die Teppiche haben offensichtlich schon ewig keinen Staubsauger mehr gesehen und in jeder Ecke haben Spinnen Party gefeiert. Mit dem Auto anzureisen kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen, da in der nähe nirgendwo die Möglichkeit besteht das Auto während des Aufenthaltes abzustellen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. "A gem in the new development area right by the Wien Hbf. Easy and convenient access to town, the room has all amenities we needed, small kitchenette but well equip, with washer and dryer in the room. We will definitely come back and stay here again. "

You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual.
