Son Perot is a village in Maria de la Salut, located in a reserved and natural space where we can fully enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the island.
It is an exclusive and privileged property that has magnificent facilities surrounded by an exquisite garden. Without a doubt, the benefits and services of this house will not leave us unsatisfied.

We will be able to enjoy a large plot of land where we will find palm trees and trees, a pool with sun loungers and a wonderful terrace covered by an awning where we can enjoy the best dinners in the cool air or its chill out with comfortable armchairs. Son Perot also has an amazing pool in a separate building.

Up to 8 people can be accommodated in its 4 rooms with air conditioning, heating and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. It has 4 double rooms with a double bed and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds.

Inside the house we have a wonderful living room with a modern design with comfortable sofas, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, in which we will not lack anything to prepare our best recipes.

Son Perot is undoubtedly the perfect village for your well-deserved holidays.

IMPORTANT:

💡 Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A charge of €0.35/kWh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid in cash to the owner at the end of the stay.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Heating (optional) for an extra of 10€/day, which will be paid in cash to the owner on the day of arrival.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Heated swimming pool (optional) at an additional cost of 1500€/week.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Great stay in a Mansion within 30 min from great beaches.

Two pools, big house and quiet surroundings. of kitchen supplies - like new frying pans and more glass/plates. We were 8 people and needed to use the washing machine many times.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöne Zimmer, schönes, gepflegtes Außengelände, toll: Tiere in der Umgebung (besonders die Pfaue), freundliche Gastgeber, gepflegte Pools obere Toilette hat stark gerochen, Messer könnten schärfer sein, Pfannen unbrauchbar weil Beschichtung kaputt, viel zu wenige Töpfe, zu wenig Besteck, zum Teil marode Spielsachen (Kicker, Tischtennis)
