Staff were really accommodating and friendly. Felt safe specially when traveling alone even if it was just for an overnight stay. The property would not answer or if they did the hotel management would not be available. When i arrived at the property I walked in and found both managers at front desk. I told them about my issue and they promptly took care of it. "
