A good family apartment

Helpful friendly service, although this property is probably quite old maybe 20yrs old it has been maintained very well, linen of a high standard and comfortable tv dst channels work well and free wi-fi works well. Would recommend for a family holiday.

Think twice

Place needs a serious upgrade, please INSPECT property as your credibility as hotels.com is on the line! There were cockroaches in room, they only sprayed doom and next day we as guests had to stay in the room. I have used this website for 12 yrs and have never been so horrified at the state of a hotel and the way they handled this issue. Please investigate!!

On our arrival they placed us on the 8th floor after requesting ground floor, they moved us to a property with water streaming through light fitting... fire hazard. They moved us to a next room and that was acceptable, WILL NEVER RETURN, very noisy club next door

Uncomfortable stay

The noise level from the pool kept us awake my child could not get to bed.The pool closure time should be brought earlier than 10pm.There should be more activities for the kids the game room as advertised was not found on the property.The wet floors of residents going up and down from beach and pool hazardous ,cleaners should be on duty to attend to this,it was always filthy.My bathroom ceiling was broken and there was no filter to dry our bathroom up after taking a shower too much dampness.

It was amazing, I wish I stayed for longer than 1 night. Perfect location, the staff is very friendly and informative. They even sent an after sales email thanking me for the stay. We really had a good time and I would stay there and refer more people

Unexpected at a 4 star resort

Was not good apartment was not what I saw on the site the tv was not working and not sorted during our stay the apartment had a very bad smell when we entered the en-suit door did not close The staff tried to help us but unfortunately there's was nothing much they could do

Lovely and cozy

Great place, clean and cozy. Staff is friendly and unit is well looked after. Has beautiful sea views right at the door step. Bad thing is lifts are old/small and not working mostly.
