"It looked closed with no office. Expedia had to call to find owner to let me in. 3rd rate place everything cheapest quality possible. Ad misrepresents the place and if you complain owner says you can leave if you don’t like it. Worst place I ever stayed"

"I used this accommodation to visit The Open golf at Royal St. George's, Sandwich and by the time I was able to book there was very limited accommodation available in the area. Becket Court is a student hall of residence on the campus of the University of Kent in Canterbury that offers bed and breakfast accommodation during the summer vacation. "I’d definitely recommend the hotel. The keyless entry didn’t initially work, but the communication with the owner was quick and a new code was sent within minutes. The rooms were lovely and there was a good variety of teas and coffees available. I was worried not having check in would mean that the owners weren’t around, but they did help us figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. The location was fantastic and it wasn’t noisy in the rooms. "

"Very convenient, 20mins away from the town centre, nicely decorated & easy to park. Only reason for not being perfect throughout is the bedding was a bit thin and the electric meter cupboard door was broken so it banged in the wind & kept me up. Otherwise great"
