"Property address not listed and was hard to get in contact as we didn’t have What’s App. Apartment was dirty and was advertised with a sofa bed and did not have one. My 6ft son was expected to sleep in a lounge that wasn’t long enough and only had 2 pillows for 3 people. Owner supplied a single mattress but only after he was told we would report to Expedia. Overall very disappointing and left a day early."

There was a strange man in the apartment cleaning the bathroom his bedsheets in the washing machine. Remember this is one day into OUR booking. "Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. "
