"A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. "

"Perfect little break away with the kids! Great food at the pub with outside space for the kids and dog then back to the lodge for a soak in the hot tub which was clean and warm on arrival. Would highly recommended and definitely will be back."

Immaculate accomodation with a very personal touch, a welcome hamper & even a basket of treats for out dog and a fenced area for the dog too. The photographs all suggest, incorrectly, that there are 3 bedrooms. The photograph of the bed in the living area is titled “double bedroom”, which it most definitely is not.
