Austinite Marfa: Beautiful Minimalist Adobe, Walk to Downtown
- Serene 3 bed/2 bath renovated historic adobe home with original hardwood floors. Antique, vintage and modern furnishings throughout. Fenced, large, corner lot is pet friendly and offers 2 outdoor dining areas plus a nice grass lawn. Uplifting, comfortable atmosphere with high ceilings, ceiling fans in most rooms, central a/c and heat. Other features and conveniences include a cast iron sink and claw foot tub with shower, modernized kitchen, dishwasher, Bosch front load washer and dryer, full size refrigerator with ice maker, wifi and hi-def smart TV, desk with printer, and 2 indoor dining areas. Walk to almost every attraction in Marfa. Only 3 blocks from the courthouse. Exterior repainted in 2018, now green instead of blue.
