"Very nice. Of all the 3 other places we stayed in Tuscany on prior vacations this was the best. Very comfortable and spacious one level apartment with a huge bathroom with shower and tub. Lovely views. Easy to park outside the flat. Very close to downtown Montecatini (but still in the countryside). Tizziana and Tessa were extremely helpful and sweet and answered all our questions. If you want the real Tuscan feel with a home away from home this is it."

"After a precarious drive up, we were blown away by the views and pool at this property. It is breath taking. There is a wonderful restaurant just up the road and a fantastic town below. Really great place to bring groceries, sit by the pool and relax. We had a fabulous spa day in the town, also. LOVED this stay and hope we can return!"

"Great looking house with on site parking. The house was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchenbwas great to cook meals when we didn't want to go to the restaurant. Chiara communicated with us during the whole trip which made the check-in and check out process flawless. "The instructions for arrival were detailed and helpfully so. It didn’t detract from the excitement of the drive though. You need a car big enough to tackle the terrain and small enough to fit the track! The house was spotless and very well equipped. There was a thoughtful welcome basket including wine and pasta. Der Garten war an einer Seite durch eine Hecke umzäunt, da wäre mir ein richtiger Zaun lieber gewesen. Mein kleiner Hund ist einmal sehr übermütig durch die Hecke durch und dahinter die ca. 2-3 Meter hohe Mauer hinunter...

"Our family spent a wonderful week in the Tuscan hills. Gianluca’s home is well appointed and very comfortable. The property is on the top of a Tuscan Mountain. The views are amazing! The property has a church dating back to 1005 and a wonderful restaurant run by Furio and his family. There were 8 adults and the home had plenty of room for all of us! We would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to take day trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the surrounding areas! Gianluca was very easy...

Onze aankomst was door omstandigheden pas na 23 uur, ik hield haar op de hoogte via what’s app en ze vond het vooral vervelend voor ons, ze bleef geduldig en vriendelijk en bij aankomst kregen we zelfs wat te drinken aangeboden en werden heel gastvrij onthaald ondanks het late tijdstip. "Nice place where you can spend a quiet vacation away from the crowd city life. However, if you want to visit the major cities in Tuscany such as Firenze, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, etc. they are just an hour away. Chiara is a great host and will make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great stay!"

"This property honestly exceeded our expectations. Fantastic facilities, lovely shared pool with specially assigned seating for only a few other guests. All the staff we dealt with were super helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our wine and olive oil tasting with Erika. The restaurant associated with the property - Osteria del Vecchio Olivo is authentic and good value. Only a 5 minute walk up the hill to picturesque Montecarlo which has lots of good restaurants. "A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend. "
