"The apartment was dark and faced the restaurant with a high hedge opposite. The 2nd bedroom was in the apartment ceiling and the room was very dark. My daughter was not happy to sleep in it. It was also accessed by open slippery stairs. This was not described within the apartment details. If so, I would never have booked it. "

"The property was great: spacious, very nicely decorated and a big fenced garden for our dog to play. Very friendly staff who helped with our needs including extremely late check-out. "

"We had a bit of an issue getting into the property. Locals helped with calling the owner. Not sure what we would have done otherwise! Stairs to our shower area and balcony were not for anyone physically challenged. Very clean, comfortable mattress, darling small town, and lovely breakfast provided."

"We had five wonderful days in beautiful Toscana! Great atmosphere, wonderful location of the hotel and very reasonably priced. Eating at their restaurant was quite pricy however. Breakfast ok but excellent croissants and coffee! One of the reasons we picked this hotel was the laundry service which was advertised on hotels.com. No laundry service was available. "

"We had a 4 night’s stay here and used it as our base for tours around Toscany. It is located in a quiet area outside Siena. The apartment was nice and clean. We used the kitchen for minor cooking and that worked well. There is a supermarket close by and small restaurants in the town. The AC was working great. "The spa experience was very good. The room was comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. The restaurant offerings were very good. The main attraction is the hot spring pool. It's an historic wonder. The sulphur smell is omnipresent, I got used to it. The therapeutic effect of my stay was real. I will return. "
