"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced...

"Only stayed for one evening but the accommodation was perfect, and great location to visit Matera. Host was amazing! Let us check in a little later and brought us some food and wine, very welcome after a long journey. The apartment was super clean and comfortable"
