"I never got to stay here, as it turned out that not only do they not have any front desk later in the evening, but they were also absolutely unwilling to do anything to help after I realized that my flight was arriving late and there would be no way for me to check in. Very convenient as long as the water busses run.

"This hotel seemed to be brand new. Very clean and nice. It was easy to take a water bus from the hotel to the main area of Venice, or to Murano or Burano. But one night the water busses stopped running early, and we had to go all the way to the train station and then get a cab. So make sure you know the water bus schedule. The breakfast in the morning was good, too. "
