Great stay by the beach

Listing was just as described. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. It's walkable to the beach and shops. The space was perfect for our family with 3 small kids. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Bonus that there was a high chair, pack n play, bikes and toys for the kids.

Very attentive and responsive mgmt company that quickly addressed minor concerns with the property upon check. Would definitely look for properties managed by Coastal Breeze for our next visit to Marco Island!

Casa del Sol my home on the beach from now on!

Sparkling clean, great communication, perfect walking distance to the beach. I don't have enough words to praise this property! The pool was perfect, for all ages and we were from a 1 yo to a 77! Will book again as soon as I can!
