Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place and BRING THE BOAT!

Tucked on a quiet street, you will enjoy all the comforts of home in this 3/2 Waterfront home with a private heated pool (no extra charge). With beach decor all throughout the home and new furniture you are less than five minutes to amazing Marco dining, shopping and beaches! The house provides easy access to open water and the Marco River. You will frequently see manatees and dolphins swimming in the canal. Take the two beach cruiser bikes on a short ride to Tigertail Beach or Historic Old Towne Marco. Spend the day on Keewadin or make the short trip by boat for lunch in Naples.

The pool makes the house great. The only constructive criticism I would give is that the pool deck is slippery and care should be taken when walking around the pool

Perfect Spring Break Vacation

This property exceeded our expectations! Two bikes came with the house and we rented an extra one that we used to ride to the beach, shopping and meals. We brought our boat with us and we’re easily able to dock it right behind the house. The pool was a super comfortable temperature. The beds were comfy. Cooking breakfast while looking out at the canal and eating next to the pool was amazing. We caught several fish off the back dock and even saw a sting ray swimming by. The house also has a beautiful big family room with an awesome TV (that we only used the night before we left haha!). Property manager was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this property!
