Open concept living/dining/kitchen area that extends to lanai. Bonus bedroom with daybed and ensuite bathroom. Extra family room, opens to lanai area and outdoor dining. Garage with beach gear.
This space is great for families looking to have a relaxing and fun time. Lots of space for everyone with large family room that opens to spacious lanai with outdoor dining beside a large heated pool. Backyard is fully fenced. You are a short 5min drive to the beach, or easily bike there in 15min. Room for three cars in private driveway on this quiet and residential street.

Awesome house

The house was very clean and spacious. The outdoor area has plenty of seating and the pool is great.
