IMPORTANT NOTICE: The South Seas Tower 1 and 2 Association will be resurfacing the exterior of the buildings beginning October 1, 2025, and continuing through April 30, 2027. Construction activities for this project will generate noise throughout the building, depending on the location of the work relative to individual units.
