Available Weekly or Monthly! Across the street from the beach, this fifth floor, two-bedroom, two-bath updated Essex condo features comfortable seating and a new flat-screen in the living room, a queen-size bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and the bedrooms and baths have fresh new towels, beach towels and bed linens. As an additional convenience free WIFI is included. There is also a washer and dryer in condo.

The Essex offers a heated pool, lots of lounge chairs and tables on the deck, tennis courts and covered parking. Maximum occupancy allowed at the Essex is for five people. Enjoy an evening beverage while watching the amazing sunsets on the screen lanai.

Walk to unique shopping venues, amazing restaurants, and a movie theater. Rent paddleboards, jet skis, or a boat! Great fishing in the Gulf!

Property was on the top floor with elevator and a short walk from beach. Loved the fact that they had grocery carts and hotel luggage cart to transport your luggage or groceries. Place was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Master Bathroom and kitchen are updated. Nice washer and dryer. Make sure to add to your order toilet paper and paper towels-you only get one roll for each bathroom and kitchen. Pick up your shampoo, conditioner and kitchen essentials. There were plenty of towels for beach and bathing though. Beach chairs were in the spare bedroom and were extremely uncomfortable if you plan on long days at the beach. Overall great place, wonderful stay you will definitely enjoy your Marco visit at the Essex.

Magnificent stay!

The photos of view from lanai do not do it justice. Could easily see gulf and swaying palm trees and wonderful sky every night at sunset. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed is comfortable. Plenty linens. Short 1 block walk down to left of condo to public beach access. Nice and quiet there this time of year. Loved our stay.

Enjoyed our stay...accommodations were clean and nice layout..location was across street from beach...it was still a little walk to beach entrance...not bad... a lot of restaurants in area...definitely recommend this condo.
