This beautiful, fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 car garage, single family, gorgeous pool home is located on a direct water access canal. In addition, it is on a low traffic culdesac. The lanai is large with the very desired SW exposure. End your day while soaking in the hot tub 6-8 people. The home is located on the river side of the island; after passing over the Marco Island bridge make you're first left on Barfield Dr., and the home is minutes away. PETS considered for long term bookings. Upon approval and pet deposit.

This beautiful home is only minutes to drive anywhere on the island. Bicycle to the beach in 10-15 minute, Tiger Tail beach is 3.4 miles away. Tiger Tail beach is a wide, long, and white sand beach that is soothing to your feet. Hunt down sand dollars, and large shells of the tip of Tiger Tail. Designer furnished with a contemporary decor, this home features a master bedroom with a king size bed-walk in closet, his and hers sink in the adjoining bathroom, a large guest room with a queen size bed. In addition to a 3rd guest room with 2 twin beds.The covered lanai includes out door patio and furniture with a grill for cooking those steaks.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, center island for cooking, and breakfast bar. The elegant dining area can accommodate up to eight. Open the doors up the master bedroom, living room, and sitting area for some fresh air. Desk area is off the kitchen if needed. Fully equipped laundry with ironing board. Reverse osmosis system supplying the kitchen sink and refrigerator, water is softened.

Covid 19 getaway

The property was very nice and was well maintained. It was just what my family needed to escape all the COVID 19 craziness. The kids loved the pool and it was in a great location for the boat. The whole process was very easy start to finish. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

We spent a month at this beautiful home and it was so hard to leave. It’s a very friendly neighborhood. We did a lot of walking and explored some state parks. We brought kayaks and enjoyed the canals and mangroves. The owner was easy to work with and the house had everything you need and more.

Great vacation home

This property was as advertised. Great accommodations, nice pool and hot tub and all the comforts of home, all while sitting on a beautiful canal. The home was beautifully furnished. Perfect for a getaway vacation with the family. The location was also ideal- on a quiet street but close enough to shopping and restaurants.

We loved everything about this property. Clean, roomy, sunny, updated, convenient and right on the water with boat lift. AND they allowed our pets! Wonderful Thanksgiving vacation!

Good size house with a great pool

We stayed here with my family of 5 (kids ages 11, 7, and 4). My parents also came down to stay with us for a couple of days. The house is overall in very good condition for a rental. The house is in a quieter and more resident part of town. The rooms are all good sized and the mattresses were comfortable. The 3rd bedroom even has 2 trundle beds for the kids. There were plenty of towels and linens to use and even a good beginning stock of basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. The kitchen could use some more pots and pans and dishes. There was no pizza pan for making frozen pizzas for the kids and the pots and pans were somewhat limited and not in the best condition, but they got the job done. We all enjoyed the large, southern facing pool and the hot tub. Overall, we had a great trip and plan on staying again as it is one of the only pet friendly houses on the island. The house is in need of some decor updating and new patio furniture, but it worked for us!

The Property was much nicer than the pictures showed. The owner was very accommodating to a few simple request that I asked for. We’ve had some very picky owners and this owner it was a delight to work with. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Covid get away

The property was very nice and clean. The pool, hot tub, outdoor patio, and dock was perfect for relaxing. Short drive to tiger tail, south beach, and restaurants. The only minor complaint was some traffic noise coming from across the canal.

Great vacation property

This house and property delivered on everything as advertised. Great location with Southwestern exposure for sunbathers, large heated pool with spa, large bedrooms and very comfortable living room. Kitchen was well equipped although we tended to get take out so didn't cook much. Surprised such a nice property was pet friendly and the owner allowed use of the boat lift if you have a boat. Just a great overall experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering.

Wonderful Rental Home!

We loved our three-month stay in this home! The house is lovely and the owner was very accommodating with any problem we had. It could probably use a few more pieces of furniture and artwork, but we were very comfortable during our stay. The lanai is fantastic...spacious with a great eating area.
