IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Sea Winds Condominium Association will begin renovations to the lobby, pool bathrooms, and common hallways on June 17, 2026. This project is scheduled to be completed by December 19, 2026. The Association will also begin balcony repairs in the 01 and 02 stacks on August 3, 2026. This project is expected to be completed by November 1, 2026. Construction activities will generate noise that may be heard throughout the building. Additionally, the pool deck, pool, and hot tub will be closed during these projects to ensure everyone’s safety. Due to these ongoing Association projects, only one parking space will be permitted per unit. The master bedroom features sliding door access to the balcony. Open them and fall asleep to cooling ocean trade winds and the image of moonlight reflecting off the water. The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Amenities surround you. Relax in the heated pool and hot tub. Play a game tennis.
