"Right off the main piazza, renovated, clean, AC, and I upgraded to a room with amazing views. Parking was down a bit further, but in reserved space, so I felt safe leaving the car and didn't need it while I stayed a few days in Montepulciano. Hotel common areas are quite lovely and unique and I learned "Riccio" is hedgehog, so then understood the predominant presence of these cute creatures throughout. I would stay again in a heartbeat."

Não tinha ninguem no café para nos atender. A piscina estava com muito cloro e o spa indisponivel, nao pudemos usar. No geral é muito bom! Mas acho que fomos numa data em que havia um evento de bike que atrapalhou um pouco o atendimento do cafe da manha. "

"We could not be happier with our stay at Il Verreno. We arrived late on our first night and they were able to hold our table in the restaurant for dinner. My husband had Coeliac disease and not once did we have to tell the staff, they had a note in file and every single one of them remembered for the whole trip. They made changes to the menu for him, ensuring he had gluten free bread and pasta etc. the service was excellent throughout the hotel, the hotel was clean and the rooms are beautiful....
