"The owner did not give us details of access until after 12 noon on the day of the holiday. we were all coming from different areas. He came to see us that night and told my son to close the only window in his room, as it was broken. Luckily it was not too hot a weekend or he would have roasted. There was no outside seating in the garden area and my sister who is disabled would have liked to sit in the garden a while.
