"This is an amazing hotel if you are going to use trains or buses. The breakfast is excellent. We had a newly refurbished room with a good outlook so that was good. However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"

"The staff at the front desk, dining room and housekeeping were all wonderful-- friendly and helpful! Breakfast is excellent. The accommodations are very quiet-- because of the quiet neighborhood and the good sound proofing inside the building. Transportation to the downtown area is quick and easy. We stayed here for almost a week and will definitely stay again when we return to visit our daughter."

"In a good location easy to find when driving by car. Europa Park is about a 15-25 minute walk dependant on your age (we are 60+) and its all flat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are great for a short stay. We find the lack of anywhere to put your clothes a bit disappointing but it didn't hurt for a short stay to leave everything in our cases. The underground car park is secure. We opted not to have breakfast so cannot offer any feedback."

"Nice hotel- very clean and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good, although not the best. Parking was misleading. None was available on site but local public garage was excellent. Staff were very nice."

"Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Only gripe was the pillows really although we had the option to change these for firmer ones at the reception."

"There was no safe in the rooms. There was also very minimal storage space in the room for clothes, and in the bathroom for toiletries"

"This was a fantastic hotel in a wonderful city. Rooms were excellent, the hotel lobby area was very spacious and comfortable with lots of seating, and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods. The location is very close to a #2 tram stop, which takes about 10 mins to get to the station. Across from this stop is a huge supermarket, Kaufland, and stops for the more direct #3 tram are about 5 mins walk away. Brilliant place to stay."
