Magnificent villa with private pool, outdoor kitchen

This modern, newly built villa is located in the village of Loborika, just a few kilometres from the centre of Pula and the beaches. The villa is surrounded by a private, fenced plot. Guests also have access to an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining area next to the pool. Access to the pool and terrace is also possible from the living room as well as dining room, which occupy the ground floor of the villa along with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Three comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and satellite TV as well as a bathroom are located on the first floor, where you can also use the balcony with seating furniture. The villa is also equipped with free internet access and private parking. For the youngest guests, a baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Treat yourself and your family to a pleasant and relaxing holiday in this modern villa!
