The reason why I continue to book there is because of the cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the desk staff, restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff. As a female who often travels alone, I appreciate the fact that a key is needed to use the hotel's elevator, which makes me feel safer. I will continue to stay at this hotel and will refer friends and family to stay here as well."
