"The first impression when pulling up was good. Everything looked clean and painted nice. Check in guy was super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. The only 2 things i didn't like was that i could hear every word the people in the room next to us. Also, the neighborhood seems a little rough with a barking dog next property over."

"This is a quiet little off the beaten path place to stay. If you are high maintenance, this place is not for you. But if you appreciate the finer things in life, this inn is awesome. The service is great, owner is suoer sweet. Communication was great! Right across from Sandusky Bay, evening fire pit and tiki torch area. Really a cute place! I would absolutely stay here again! "

The tiles and wallpaper were falling off the walls. The owner was friendly, but the room was truly awful. He said that he didn't have my reservation, but could rent me a room he wasn't planning on renting out due to issues. Not sure whether to summate this as a good or a bad thing. "In a quiet area on a cul de sac, so no traffic. Golf cart provided was an excellent bonus to travel to all the activities in Lakeside. Mattresses could use some updating but not bad. Had a gnat problem in the house, but owner working to solve this problem, was very apologetic, and even refunded some money towards spray we bought."
