The cabin is straight out of a dream. Water pressure in the shower felt great after a long day hiking. Kitchen pretty much had everything we needed to cook. I have a bad back. There is River just about in the back yard. Breakfast and lunch are within walking distance in a mom and pop store that sells a variety of things. Beautiful Water Falls and a short drive to beautiful mountain views. Don't miss downtown Blue Ridge. Great shops, friendly people, a tourist train...

"The hosts were so friendly, responsive and engaging. We like the rustic setting. The place was clean with nice plush towels, robes and linens. Way better than another place I stayed that labeled itself “luxury”. Even though it’s a nice country setting it was conveniently located to everything we needed to get to."

"Plenty of rooms to have privacy as a bigger family, but it was perfect for the two of us and Chloe our service dog. It is a ways in the woods and I would recommend 4 wheel drive if you can. The front porch was our favorite watching birds and squirrels while Chloe played in the secure fenced yard that leads to the side porch. The kitchen is appointed with everything you will need. "We enjoyed our stay . The neighborhood was so quiet you felt like you were miles and miles from civilization but yet every convenience you needed was really just 10 minutes away. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was in working order. Would def recommend for families looking for a getaway."

"If you want to get away from it all...this is it! Very quiet and peaceful setting with a noisy creek. Everything was clean and well-maintained. This would be a perfect honeymoon or anniversary getaway for a couple. I would recommend coming with groceries that will last your entire stay--as a grocery store is not easily nearby. We were planning on eating out in Ellijay, but decided to use their wonderful kitchen instead--we didn't want to leave this place!"

"We stayed at The Bowling Cottage for part of spring break. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, had everything we needed for our stay, and was extremely clean. We enjoyed bowling and billiards at our leisure. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear, they are very responsive and helpful. The grounds are equally as impressive as the cottage. We enjoyed walking trails, the horses, and the beautiful buildings. The location was perfect as well. We felt secluded in the country...
