Welcome to Shorewood Manor! This home is elegantly decorated & perfect for your family getaway. It's located in a quiet community with lots of parks & places for the kids to play. It features both a huge grassy lawn & sand pit area that gives your kids the best of both worlds. There is a hydraulic boat lift & huge dock to swim or fish right in front of the house. Located on the more peaceful but open water part of Lake LBJ makes it perfect place for your serene family getaway!

BEST spot on the lake!
We LOVED this home! The Miele appliances, the boat lift, the games, the paddle boards, the comfy beds, the ice maker....every detail of this home was pretty amazing. It only has two bathrooms, but it worked really really well for our large family of seven and we will not hesitate to stay here again. Probably the best spot on the lake as the cove is quiet if you want to SUP or kayak.

The Best Home Away from Home
My siblings and I came out to spend time with our aging parents who live near by. Your home was clean and well stocked. Located on the water with lots of fish and yard games. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. We hope to make this a regular thing before we can’t anymore! Thank You for sharing your home with us.

Nice Stay!
We stayed for a friends weekend reunion, and this was the perfect stay! The dining room table easily fit us all for food + games. The couch was big and comfortable. We didn’t get in the lake or use the fire pit (burn ban) but the atmosphere was nice. Would stay here again!

A perfect lake house
This house has so many nice premium touches that made our stay perfect. Excellent dock and hydrauic lift for our boat. The house is in a cove off of the main body of the lake and even better its in a no wake zone. The kitchen has all high end appliances that made cooking fun and easy. We particularly liked the ice maker and Meile oven/range. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and the house is kept impeccably clean. The large back yard was amazing for our 3 small children to play in safely away from the lake. We will absolutely be back and cannot wait to find the time!

Fabulous Family Lake Trip
Our family loved this property! We have been coming to the lake our entire lives, and have rented various properties on LBJ for the last 10 years. We’ve stayed all over the lake, and this house really hits on the high points for us. Location both in proximity to Marble Falls/Kingsland areas and on the lake a great. The cove is calm and quiet. It made us feel at ease swimming with the kids in the water, and we didn’t have to fight the waves from boats as it is in a no wake zone. Boat lift was incredible. We didn’t know what we were missing out on with the hydraulic lift that is operated with a remote. No one has to jump off the boat in a hurry to hit the lift switch. So nice! The hydraulic platform was nice for getting in and out of the water as well. The kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and the lily pad were all highlights for the kids. The house itself fit our two families perfectly. We had 2 families of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids each, staying at the house. Kids loved the bunk room, and the adults had lots of room as well. It’s an updated house, so the bathrooms and kitchen are very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need. Outdoor covered patio was perfect for sitting and enjoying the lake view. We loved the nice open grass yard and the bench swing as well. The responses by the host were quick if we had any questions. We will stay again for sure! Our family will definitely return to this house! It really fit all of our needs!
