The Villa:
This gem on a cul de sac enjoys total privacy from surrounding properties. It is distributed over 3 floors and features an entrance hall that leads straight into the large, open plan lounge area with bi-folding doors to maximize the outdoor-indoor living experience around the pool area. The lounge also boasts a bio ethanol fireplace and a stunning bar.
On the ground floor, you will also find the large dining room and open plan kitchen being on a slightly higher level with a double sliding patio door that leads to the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Whip up delicious meals in the high spec kitchen with carved granite top, wine cooler, and small breakfast bar, or enjoy al fresco meals and make use of the outdoor BBQ.
The second floor combines 4 bedrooms with private terraces to enjoy the stunning views, and 4 bathrooms that are equally spacious and fully equipped.
To enjoy the outdoors to the fullest, the villa offers various sunbathing areas, jacuzzi, water fountains, and a well maintained garden. In addition, guests has full access to a fitness gym and a sauna. The villa also features pool heating which can be added for 400€ per week.
For parking, guests can opt for street parking which offers ample space, or the secured garage.
On top of that, the villa is nestled in the heart of Nueva Andalucia and is just a 10-minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It is also just a 15-minute walk to the world famous Puerto Banus, where you can enjoy bar streets, cafés, more restaurants and shopping centers, and of course, the Puerto Banus beach.
Please note, for monthly bookings, the electricity and water bills will be charged from the guest.
Other Details to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
