Spectacular 1-bedroom corner duplex on the 7th floor of Block A in the iconic Skol Building. Recently modernised and refurbished, the south-facing apartment is fitted with huge floor-to-ceiling windows to let you soak up the amazing views and sunsets looming over Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, and African Rif mountains.

Accommodation comprises: spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and access to the large main terrace; fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.; stairs to the bedroom area with en-suite bathroom with shower plate, and access to the second terrace. This apartment has been renovated using high-quality materials, and offers some of the best views in Marbella.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

Views, Views, Views!

Unbelievable floor to ceiling views from every vantage point, with wrap around balcony a big plus. Quiet corner unit. Fast elevator. Extremely easy check-in and check out. Walk to the beach in 30 seconds, to the historic Old Town in 10 minutes. What more could you want?
