While enjoying close distance to heart of Marbella, it's a great place for water sports lovers as you can take the equipment on the beach just right through you private beach side door. Sea side promenade makes it ideal for morning jogging and long walks through the coast of Marbella.

The property consists 2 villas connected together on one property. (The houses are rented only jointly) Ideal place for 2 families or groups aiming to enjoy vacation together and keeping its privacy at the same time.

Main house is a one floor villa and includes:
- Seaview main bedrooms with king size bed, private bathroom made of blue marble, dressing room
- Seaview 2nd bedroom with kingsize bed, private bathroom and living room with sleeping sofa

- seaview bedroom on ground floor with king size bed, private bathroom and garden access

- seaview 3rd and 4th bedroom on 1st floor floor with big terrace, private bathrooms and separate entrance
- on ground floor kitchen and living room going out to seafront garden.
