Beautiful studio located on the fifth floor in Romana Playa Elviria. The apartment has amazing sea views and a south facing terrace. It is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday with a double bed, kitchen and a bathroom.

The resort Romana Playa is located 10 minutes east of the center of Marbella in the suburb Elviria where all amenities you need are available. The beach in front is known to be one of Marbella´s finest and offers many restaurants.

Almost everything! Please remove the 2 relax chairs on the balcony. They are broken and very dirty. Check the head cushion!

Fast alles perfekt!

Super schönes Appartement mit atemberaubenden Meerblick! Küche extrem gut ausgestattet. Viele Handtücher bzw. Badetücher standen uns zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist perfekt - gleich am Strand und das Einkaufen und der Besuch von Restaurants ist zu Fuß möglich. Was will man mehr? Ansprechperson für Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert u die Dame war sehr freundlich! Leider gab es keine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Fernseher.
